Bring your tables together.
Merge Excel and CSV files with clear column matching. Preview every field, keep every row, and export one ready-to-use table.
Upload files
Up to 10 files · 5 MB each · 15 MB combined. Loaded text: 16 million characters. Loaded and output data: 1,000,000 cells; output: 50,000 rows including header, 300 columns.
All processing stays in this browser. No uploads, accounts or AI services.
Files and worksheets
Only checked worksheets are included, in file order then workbook sheet order. Header rows are omitted only when selected. Other rows, including blank and duplicate rows, remain intact.
Match fields
Exact names match automatically. Case and whitespace differences are suggestions only. Different names need manual mapping. Every source column must map to a distinct output column within its sheet.
Adding/removing files or changing sheet/header selection rebuilds mappings. File order changes retain mappings. Review again after any change.
Unified output fields
Rename or reorder the final columns. Remove an unused field after mapping aliases together. A used field cannot be removed.
Preview merge
Missing fields become empty cells. Preview shows the first 100 data rows; export includes all rows. No default deduplication or blank-row removal.
Download result
Export creates one values-only worksheet. Formulas use saved results, which may be stale; missing results become literal formula text. KAGIO never calculates formulas. Merges are flattened to their top-left values. XLSX retains basic cell types and number/date formats, not full styling, macros, charts, comments or links. Keep the originals. CSV may be reinterpreted by Excel (IDs/dates); XLSX is safer for typed data. Formula-like CSV text is prefixed with an apostrophe.
How to merge CSV and Excel files
Upload CSV files or Excel workbooks, select worksheets, and align your columns. Use exact matches or manually map fields such as Name and 姓名. Review the merged table, then download XLSX or CSV. Your source files remain untouched.
